Saans ke bina kya koi jinda reh sakta hai? Jawab nahi me hi hoga. Ji haan  jeene ke liye sabse important hoti saans (breath). Doctor bhi kisi ko death tab hi declare karta hai jab insaan ki saans ruk jati hain. yeh kehna galat nahi hoga ki hamari saans par hi hamari zindagi tiki hui hai.

Hum apne naak (nose) ke jariye oxygen lete hain jo hamare fefdo (lungs) tak jati hai aur carbon dioxide ke rup me naak se bahar nikalti hai. Yeh ek natural process hai. Lekin jab iss natural process me hamari breathing speed badhne lagti hai aur bechaini (restlessness) hone lagti hai tab ise damma (asthma) ka rog kehte hain. Yeh rog bahut khatarnak hai kyonki iss rog ka sahi se ilaj nahi kraya gaya to aap ki jaan bhi ja sakti hai.

Kya Hai Dama Ke Karan:

• Jo cheeze hamare body me cough paida karti hain  jaise ki meat, doodh aur dahi ko adhik matra me khane se aapko dama rog ho sakta hai.

• Smoking bhi ek karan ho sakti hai asthama ki.

• Chill cold water peene se ya phir jada exercise karne se bhi aapko dama ki shikayat ho sakti hai.

• Pradushan (pollution) sabse bada karan hai yeh janleva bimari hone ka. Pollution se hawa sidhi aapke body me jakar dama (asthma), khansi (cough), bukhar (fever) adi rog paida karti hai.

Tension ko kaise dur kare

• Agar aapka jukaam theek nahi ho raha ho aur aapke naak aur gale me sujan aa gayi ho to yeh bhi dama ki hi nishani hai.

Kya Hain Dama Ke Lakshan: 

• Asthama (dama) hone se aapko Jyada pasina (sweat) aaega. Aap baar-baar teji se sans lenge, allergy hoga, muh sukh jaega aur dil tej dhadke ga.

• Sanso ke tej chalne se aapke sine (chest) me dard hoga.

• Dama hone par aapke gale se ghur-ghur ya shu-shu ki aawaj aane lagegi.

• Cough jama hone ki wajah se patient ko neend nahi aaegi.

Kya Hai Dama Ka Gharelu Ilaj ya Upay :

  1. Dama ke marijo (patient) ko hamesha apne khane-peene ka khyal rakhna chahiye. Achar (pickles), dahi (curd), thanda pani, fast food aur cough ko badane wali koi bhi chijo se khud ko durr rakhe, isi me aapki bhalayi hai.
  2. Agar aap Sharab (alcohol), tambakhu (tobacco) ya dhumrapan (smoking) karte hain to turant inn aadaton ko chodd de. Wahin jo log derr raat-raat tak kaam karte hain unhe bhi yeh aadat badal deni hogi.
  3. Asthma ke rogiyo ko Baigan (brinjal), moong (kidney bean), chana (gram), pyaj (onion), lehsun (garlic), laung (cloves), hara dhaniya (green coriander), adrak (ginger), anar (pomegranate), lauki (bottle gourd), turai (ridge gourd), haldi (turmeric), seb (apple), papita (papaya) aur chiku (naseberry) jaise fruits (falo) aur vegetables (sabjiyo) ka sewan adhik karna chahiye.
  4. Agar aapke Chhote baccho ko dama hai to aap maa ke doodh me thoda chandan (sandal) milakar uski drops bacche ki naak me dale, isse dama me rahat milegi.
  5. Ghar me maujud sarso ke tel (mustard oil) ko garam kar le aur phir chhati (chest) par ache se malish kare, dama (asthma) se rahat milegi.

NOTE: Dama aisi koi la-ilaj bimari nahi hai. Samay rahte iska ilaj sambhav hai lekin yadi dama rog par shuruat se dhyan nahi diya gaya to ye rogi ke liye khatarnak ban sakta hai. Isliye samay par apni janch karwate rahe.
