Aksar insaan ka mann chanchal hota hai. Jab Dimaag aur Mann ke beech kisi ek ka sunna ho to insaan mann ka hi suntan hai. Mann to Mann hai, kabhi ye galat baat ko bhi sahi samajh leta hai. Aise me jaruri hai mann ko sambhalne ka, use shant rakhne ka.  Aaj hum janenge ki Maan ko shant kaise kare.

1. Mann ko shaant aap tab hi rakh sakte hain agar aap mann ki ekagrata ko badhaenge. Aaea hum aapko batate hain ki Mann ki ekagrata aap kaise badha sakte hain: 

2. Aapka Mann jitna nirmal hoga utna hi shaant bhi hoga, aur jitna shant rahega aapka mann utna hi wo ekagra bhi rahega.

3. Bade-Budhe gyaan to aapko baatte hi honge ki ye karo, wo karo, aise karo, waise karo, lekin kaise kre yeh koi nahi batata. Aisi duvidha ho to aap Gandhi Ji ke wo 3 bandar (Monkeys) ko yaad kar lijiyea lekin thoda hatt kar…

•Bura mat dekho par achha zaroor dekho.

•Bura mat suno par accha zaroor suno.

•Bura mat bolo par accha zaroor bolo.

4. Mann ko ekagra banane ke liye aap dhyan (Meditation) ki bhi madad le sakte hain. Rojana dhyan karne se aapka mann nirmal aur swachh rehta hai. Dhyan se na sirf mann ki ekagrata badhti hai balki isse mann ki shaktiyan bhi badhti hai.

Ekagrata badhane ke Fayde Kuch Aise Hain :-

  1. Mann ki agar ekagrata badhi hoti hai to aap khush rehne lagte hai. Aapke andar positive waves aa jate hai jo aapke aas-pass ke logo ko bhi fayda pahuchate hain. Mann saaf hone ki wajah se aap jaldi hi sabke dost bann jate hain. 
  2. Ekagra Mann wale logo ka har kaam jarur hota hai. Aise log jo chahte hain wo pa hi lete hain, kyonki aise logo me soch ki power badh jati hai.
  3. Mann agar ekagra ho to aap bass ek barr kuch bhi padhenge wo aapke dimag me store ho jaega. Aap ki brain power bohot badh jayegi.
  4. Ekagra Mann wale log jisse bhi baatein karte hain wo direct dil se karte hain. 

 

5. Yoga kare 

Man ko shant karane ke bahut se eise yog hai jise apnakar apane jivan me khushali la sakate hai aap. isake liye aap subah sham uthakar bhamri yoga kar sakate hai. Isake alava aap dhyan ke mudra vale asan ko apana sakate hai. man ko shant karane ke liye aap tratak bhi kar sakate hai. 

6. Positive soche 

Negative cheej ko badalkara positive ke bare me soche. Isase na keval apaka man shant hoga balki aap hamesha khush bhi rahenge.
