Dant dard ka gharelu upay

Ek Khoobsurat smile me dant ki bhumika sabse ahem hoti hai. Khud sochea jab aap khul kar haste hain to aapke dant hi to deekhte hai. Ab dant me hi koi problem ho jaye to aap smile kaise karenge? Dant ka rishta sirf smile se hi nahi hai balki iska connection aapke head se bhi juda hai.

Danto me dard hone ka matlab hai headache hona. Ji haan, dant ki dard ke wajah se headache bhi shuru ho jata hai jisse insane bahut jyada pareshan aur chid-chidapan ho jata hai.

1. Hing :

2. Laung :

Aushdhiya guno se nharpur hota hai Laung. Laung bacteria aur dusre germs ko remove karne me help karte hai, jisse danto ka dard band ho jaata hai. Laung ko dard karne wale daant ke paas rakhiye. 

3. Onion ka prayog :

Danto ke dard ke liye best solution hai onions. Agar aap apne lunch ya dinner karte waqt kachcha pyaaj (onions) khate hain to aapko kabhi danto me koi taklif nahi hogi aur aap hamesha swasth rahenge. 

4. Lahsun :

Dant ke dard me Lahsun bhi bahut jaldi relief pahuchahta hai. Aapko bata de ki Lahsun mai antibiotic gun hote hai, jo anek prakar ke bacteria se lad sakta hai. Dard hone par lahsun ki sirf 2 kali muh me dalkar chabate rahe bahut jaldi aaram milega. 

Dant dard mein – Dhyan Me Rakhe Yeh Baat :

Dant dard hone par meetha (sweets) se khud ko durr rakhe, kyunki meetha khane se bacteria aur germs aur bhi jyada danto me badh jate hai. Isse aapke daanto ka dard aur badh sakta hai. 

Dant dard na ho – ese rakhe danton ka kheyal : 

  1. Rojana apne danto ki acche se safai kare. Brush do baar kare, Ek baar morning me aur ek sone se pehle.
  2. Apne niji doctor ki salah se hi tooth paste ka chunav kare.
  3. Breakfast, Lunch aur Dinner me jitna ho sake utna protein aur calcium se bharpur khana khaye. Danto ka aadhar calcium hi hai.
  4. Chocolates, Cakes, Ice Creams bahut meetha hote hai. Aap inhe khaye jarur lekin jarurat se jyada mitha khane se bache.

Dant dard ke liye kuch aur ghrelu nuskhe – 

  1. Dant dard hone par haldi aur fitkari (bhuni hui) ka powder mix kar k eek paste tayaar kar le aur phir isi paste se apne dant saaf kare.
  2. Aam ka taaza patte ko derr tak chabte rahe aur phir thuk de.
  3. Tamatar (Tomatoes) khhob khaye, kyonki tamatar dant majboot karte hain.
  4. Namak ka mila pani se garara karne se bhi dant dard me relief milti hai.
  5. Haldi aur sarso ka tel (oil) milakar bhi aap apne danto me manjan kare, aaram jald milega.
