Khoon ki kami ka ilaj

Khoon jeevit rehne ke liye bahut jaruri hota hai. Khoon me kami aane ke karan aapko kayi sari bimariyon ka saamna karna padta hain. Kayi baar khane mai poshak tatvo ki kami ke karan blood mai hemoglobin ka level ghat jata hai.

Aap apne khane me iron aur protein se bharpur tatvo ko shamil kare taki hemoglobin ka level badhe. Kidney ki jyadatar bimari hemoglobin ke level ke karan hi hoti hai. Jab kidney erythropoietin ka utsarjan kam matra mai karta hai to yeh samasya aati hai. Aapko bata de ki erythropoietin ek prakar ka hormone hai jo laal rakt-kanikao ke nirmann mai sahayak hota hai.

Kya aap jante hain ki sharir mai hemoglobin ka samanya level kya hona chahiye? Purush mai 14-18 gm, Mahilayo mai 12-16 gm mapa jata hai. Hemoglobin ki kami se khoon mai oxygen vahan ki kshamta kam ho jati hai. Jiske karan laal rakt-kanikao ki sankhya kam ho jati hai aur anemia ho jata hai.

Yehi nahi agar aapke sharir mein hemoglobin ka level kam rahega to aapko gurda rog, khoon ki kami, cancer jesi bimariyon ka saamna karna padd sakta hai. Khoon body me hona bahut jaruri hai nahi to aapko  chakkar aa sakti hai, skin yellow ho sakta hai aur bahut susti feel hogi aapko.

Aaea baat karte hain kuch aise khane ki jisko khane se aapke body ka hemoglobin nahi hoga kam:

1. Chukandar (Betroot) :

Body me khoon banana ka kaam karta hai chukandar. Isme iron yada matra mai hote hai. Isko khane se na sirf aapki khoon banegi balki yeh aapki khoon ki sakriyata ko bhi badhata hai.

2. Amrud (Guava) :

Jada logo ko kachcha amrud khane me hi anand milta hai. Lekin amrud jitna jyada paka hua hoga, utna hi aapke liye faydemand sabit hoga. Batate chale ki pake huye amrud ko khane se sharir mai hemoglobin ki kami nahi hoti hai.

3. Aam (Mango) aur Seb (Apple) :

Falo ka raja aam khane se body me blood sabse jada banta hai. Agar aap anemia ke patient hain to yeh fruit bahut faydemand sabit hoga aapke liye. Wahin apple khane se aapke body me blood ka level badhta hai aur aap healthy rehte hain.

4. Angur (Grapes) :

Angur mein iron sabse jada hota hai jisse hemoglobin banta hai. Angur hemoglobin ki kami se hone wali bimariyo ko thik karne mai help karta hai.

5. Tulsi :

Tulsi khane se aapko kabhi blood ki kami nahi hogi. Rojana tulsi khane se body me blood ka level increase hoga aur aap hamesha active rahenge.

6. Hari Sabjiya (Green Vegetables) Khaye :

Body ko bahut jaruri hai hari sabjiya (green vegetables) ki, isse hemoglobin badhta hai. Hari sabjiyo ke alawa, aap til, palak, anda, nariyal, jamun, nashpati, daliya aadi khane se bhi hemoglobin ki matra badhti hai.

 

7. Badam

Bahut kam logo ko malum hai ki badam me iron bahut hota hai. isliye agar aap roz ek mutthi badam roz khaegen to apake sharir me 6 percent iron ki kami ko pura kiya ja sakata hai. isase aap apana blood bhi badha sakate hain.

8. khajur
rojana khajur ko dudh ke sath sevan se na keval sharir ko iron milega balki apake body me khun ki bhadotri hogi.
