Liver ko swasth kaise rakhe

Liver hamare body ka sabse important part mana jata hai. Liver hamare stomach ke dahini (right) or niche (down) ki taraf hota hai. Liver pure body ko control karta hai, agar yeh kharab ho jaye to aapka pura body system bekar hone lagta hai. 

Kuch log galat aadaton ki wajah se apne liver ko damage kar dete hai jisse unki maut (death) bhi ho jati hai. Adhiktar logo ka liver kharab hone ke reason galat aadat ka lagna, time se khana nahi khana ya ulta seedha kuch bhi kha lena jaise junk food isse bhi liver ko khatra hota hai.

  1. Aapko liver wali jagah par dabane se bahut pain (dard) hoga. 
  2. Aapke Chhati (chest) me bahut jalan hoga aur bharipan jaisa bhi feel hoga. 
  3. Aapko bhukh nahi lagegi, badhajmi (indigestion) ki shikayat hogi aur pate me gas bhi banna shuru hoga.
  4. Bahut lazy aur weak feel karenge aap.
  5. Aapke muh ka taste (swad) bhi kharab ho jaega.

Liver ko swasth rakhne ke liye kya khaye

Aanwla : Vitamin C se bharpur hota hai aanwla. Aanwla khane se aapka liver kabhi kharab nahi hoga. Yeh liver ko protect karne ka kaam karta hai. Aanwla ka prayog aap apne khane me salad ke roop me ya phir raiyte me daalkar khaye. 

Palak : Aanwla ke alawa palak bhi bahut faydemand mana jata hai liver ke liye. Palak liver ko saaf karne me madad karta hai.

Akhrot : Agar aap roj ek mutthi akhrot khana shuru kar denge to dekhiyeaga aapko kabhi liver ki kisi bhi bimariyon ki shikayat nahi rahegi. 

Green Tea : Subah subah green tea peena shuru kar de, isse liver bahut ache se apna kaam krega. 

Tamatar (Tomatoes) : Inn sab ke alawa tamatar bhi liver ke liye best hai. Roj tamatar khaye aur apne liver ko fit rakhe.
